We treat faces, not features

Olive Irvine Medical Aesthetic Center opened in Irvine as the Orange County home of the Olive group of aesthetic clinics, joining our Buena Park and San Diego locations.

Most aesthetic disappointment comes from chasing one line, one fold, one “problem area.” We work the other way around. Before anything is injected or lasered, we look at the whole face in motion and at rest — how light falls across the cheek, where volume has shifted, how skin quality reads at conversational distance — and then decide what actually deserves treatment.

That approach means we frequently recommend less than patients expect, and stage what remains across several months. It is slower. It is also why our patients tell us their friends notice they look well, without ever guessing why.

Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. We treat them that way — every time, for every patient.

That means a documented health history and medication review at intake, informed consent before every procedure, sterile technique, genuine branded products purchased through authorised channels, and clear written aftercare. It also means declining to treat when it is not in your interest: active infection, unrealistic expectations, contraindicated medication or pregnancy are all reasons we will pause and reschedule.

If a complication ever occurs, you have a direct line to us. We would rather hear from you at 7pm on a Saturday than have you wait until Monday.
