Injectables in Irvine, placed with a light hand
Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, dermal fillers, Radiesse collagen stimulator, hydro glow skin boosters and Silk PDO thread lifts — planned across the whole face for a soft, natural result.
The goal is balance, not volume
Injectable treatment goes wrong in a predictable way: one area is chased in isolation until the whole face reads differently. We plan across the face, dose conservatively, and review before adding more.
Assess in motion
We look at your face animating — smiling, speaking, at rest — because expression is where natural results are won or lost.
Start conservative
It is always possible to add at a two-week review. It is far harder to undo an overtreated face.
Review and refine
Neuromodulator results are checked at two weeks and filler at four, so your plan improves with every cycle.

Botox, Dysport & Xeomin
Neuromodulators relax the specific muscles that fold the skin into expression lines — across the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. Used well, they soften those lines while leaving your expression completely intact.
We map your movement pattern before dosing, because no two faces animate the same way. A conservative first dose is checked at two weeks, and we top up precisely where it is needed rather than treating every face with the same template.
Neuromodulators also have therapeutic uses we treat regularly, including jaw clenching and tension headaches associated with an overactive masseter, and excessive underarm sweating.
Dermal Fillers
Hyaluronic acid fillers restore volume where it has been lost and add definition where structure has softened — temples, midface, tear trough, chin, jawline and lips. Because they are hyaluronic acid based, they can be dissolved if you ever wish to reverse them.
Our approach is structural rather than cosmetic patching. Rather than filling the nasolabial fold directly, for example, we usually restore the cheek support above it, which is what allowed the fold to deepen in the first place.
Most patients begin with one to two syringes and build over several sessions. We would far rather stage your treatment than deliver a face that looks full in month one and heavy by month six.
Hydro Glow Skin Booster Injections
One of our most requested treatments — and a patient favourite in our reviews. Hydro glow is a series of micro-droplet injections placed just under the surface across the whole face, delivering hyaluronic acid and skin-conditioning ingredients directly into the dermis.
Unlike filler, it does not add volume or change your shape. It changes skin quality: hydration, light reflection, fine surface lines and that soft, dewy finish that no serum can reproduce from the outside.
Results build across a short course, typically three sessions spaced two to four weeks apart, then maintained a few times a year. It layers beautifully with HydraFacial and with neuromodulators.
Radiesse Collagen Stimulator
Radiesse is a calcium hydroxylapatite injectable that does two things at once: it provides immediate lift where it is placed, and it stimulates your own collagen production over the following months.
That makes it particularly useful for structural areas — the jawline, temples and the back of the hands — and for patients who want firmness and skin quality rather than obvious volume.
Because the result continues developing, we treat conservatively and reassess at eight to twelve weeks before considering a second session.
Silk PDO Thread Lift
A non-surgical lift using absorbable PDO threads placed under the skin to reposition soft tissue and stimulate collagen along the path of the thread. It suits patients with early laxity who want definition back without surgery or general anaesthetic.
Threads work best as part of a plan rather than alone. We commonly combine a thread lift with skin-quality treatment and a small amount of structural support, so the lift has something to hold on to.
Candidacy matters here more than with most treatments. If the degree of laxity is beyond what threads can address, we will tell you plainly and discuss the alternatives.
Lip & Jawline Refinement
Two areas where restraint separates a good result from an obvious one. For lips we work with your existing shape — hydration, definition of the border, correction of asymmetry — rather than imposing a trend.
Along the jawline, small, well-placed amounts of a firmer product sharpen the transition between face and neck and support the lower face. It is one of the highest-impact, lowest-volume treatments we offer.
Both are treated in stages. Most patients need less than they expect, and we will always start with the smaller amount.
What we insist on, every single time
- Genuine, branded products sourced through authorised distributors
- A documented medical history and medication review before your first injection
- Sterile single-use needles and cannulas, prepared in front of you
- Written aftercare and a direct number for post-treatment questions
- Reversal agent on site for hyaluronic acid fillers
- An honest “no” when a treatment will not deliver what you are hoping for
Injectables are prescription medical treatments. If a provider is willing to inject you without taking a history or explaining the risks, that is a reason to walk away — from any clinic, including ours.
