Planning

Sequence matters more than volume

Two patients can receive the same list of treatments and get very different results — because order, spacing and dose are what actually determine the outcome.

As a rule, we address skin health first, structure second, and refinement last. Inflammation and barrier damage are calmed before resurfacing. Support is restored before surfaces are smoothed. Fine detail is left until the foundation is in place.

A typical first-year plan might combine a facial series for skin quality, one energy-device course for collagen, and conservative injectable work reviewed twice — rather than everything at once in month one.

Good to Know

Common questions about the menu

For injectables, laser and energy-device treatments, yes — a consultation lets us take a health history, examine your skin and confirm you are a suitable candidate. Facials and skin treatments can usually be booked directly, and we will still assess your skin before we begin.
Pricing depends on the treatment, the product used and the area treated — for example, injectables are priced per unit or per syringe, while device treatments are priced per session or per course. We quote clearly at consultation, before anything is scheduled, and we do not add items you did not agree to.
Often, yes — for example a facial with a light peel, or injectables at the same appointment as a device treatment on a different area. Some combinations need to be spaced out for safety and for the best result. We will map this out for you rather than fitting everything into one day.
It varies widely. A HydraFacial shows immediately. Neuromodulators take three to seven days to begin and about two weeks to settle. Collagen-based treatments such as Ultherapy, Morpheus8 and Radiesse build gradually over two to six months. We will give you a realistic timeline for your specific plan.
Many of our treatments have little to none — you can return to work the same day. Resurfacing treatments, deeper peels and radiofrequency microneedling can involve redness or flaking for a few days. We schedule these around your calendar and send written aftercare in advance.
