Your First Visit

Your first visit to Olive Irvine, explained

What happens at your consultation, how to prepare, what to expect afterwards, and the practical details — parking, payment and policies — at 2 Osborn, Suite 170.

The Process

What actually happens at your first appointment

No mystery, no pressure. Here is the visit, step by step, so you know exactly what to expect before you arrive.

01

Arrival & intake

Arrive five to ten minutes early. You will complete a health history covering medications, allergies, previous treatments and anything relevant to your skin.

02

Listening first

We start with your goal in your own words. What bothers you, what you have tried, what you want to avoid, and what your timeline is.

03

Assessment

A full facial and skin assessment in good light — at rest and in motion — plus a look at texture, tone, volume and support.

04

Options and honesty

We explain what each realistic option can and cannot achieve, including any option that involves doing nothing for now.

05

A staged plan

You leave with a written plan: sequence, spacing, expected timeline and clear pricing. Nothing is bundled in that you did not agree to.

06

Treat today or think

Many treatments can be performed the same day if you are ready. Equally, taking your plan home to think about is completely normal here.

Before You Come

How to prepare

  • Bring a full list of medications and supplements, including anything blood-thinning
  • Tell us about recent aesthetic treatments, anywhere, within the past six months
  • Avoid sun exposure and self-tan for two weeks before any light-based treatment
  • Come with clean skin if you can — otherwise we will remove makeup for you
  • Where medically safe, skip alcohol for 24 hours before injectable appointments
  • Bring photographs of results you like, and results you want to avoid

Please tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, taking isotretinoin, or being treated for any active medical condition. It changes what is safe, and we would far rather reschedule than proceed when we should not.

We are in Suite 170 at 2 Osborn, in the Woodbridge area of Irvine, with parking directly outside the building. Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but appointments avoid a long wait — particularly at weekends.

After Your Treatment

Aftercare is part of the result

First 24 hours

Avoid strenuous exercise, heat, saunas and alcohol. Keep the treated area clean and leave it alone.

Sun protection

Broad-spectrum SPF every day, without exception, especially after any light-based or resurfacing treatment.

Written instructions

You leave with specific aftercare for your treatment, not a generic handout — and a number to call with questions.

Review appointment

Two weeks for neuromodulators, four for filler, longer for collagen treatments. Refinement is planned, not an upsell.
